I understand, sometimes things come up and we have to cancel or re-arrange appointments.  In this case I do require AT LEAST 24 hours notice prior to your appointment.  This gives me the opportunity to offer your appointment to someone else, so I do no lose out on potential earnings from the result of your cancellation.

Failure to notify me in the specified time will result in a cancellation fee, at 50% the day before your appointment and full charge for cancellations on the day or failure to be there upon my arrival.

I reserve the right to not rebook if appointments are constantly being cancelled or re-arranged at late notice.
